The room was very nice, but a bit small. It had the essentials. The common areas were clean. There is a large parking lot nearby and it connects easily to both San Cristóbal, Playa de las Américas and the airport.

Very convenient access thanks to the key box. Located 4 minutes by car from the airport. Very clear information for departure and arrival. The pillows were very uncomfortable (very hard and very thick), no bed base. The room with the bunk beds gets very hot, even with the fan. Small details in the base room could make it much more pleasant (toilet paper holder, shelf for a toiletry bag…)

The room and bathroom were spotless, and there was parking nearby plus a fully equipped kitchen. The mattress was firm, which made for a good night's sleep. I would suggest adding a washing machine. Even with the fan on, the room stayed hot, and we couldn’t open the window because our room was on the ground floor facing the street.

I stayed in a tiny room that felt like a dog kennel, and it was suffocating. The shower was shared by everyone, and the apartment was in a very unsafe area. When we arrived at night, a huge dog tied to the entrance nearly attacked us. The owner was extremely unpleasant to talk to, clearly focused on making money rather than ensuring guests' comfort.
