“Buena localización, y servicios a mejorar”

The location and the original lobby and common area were great, and communication with the person running the front desk was smooth (we never saw them in person, but that wasn’t an issue); however, they didn’t clean daily, especially when you can’t flush paper down the toilet (I understand the location), which is enough to change the bins at least. We went to see the pool and it was quite dirty, the water was stagnant and stained, so we didn’t use it.

I didn’t arrange breakfast, but the views, location, and silence were great. The photos on the site look a bit misleading; the pool is tiny and not clean. The room looks like an apartment in the pictures and description, and the bathroom is built into the room without ventilation or a door, which didn’t feel very hygienic. Ants were in the bathroom and on the beds.

The place was comfortable and clean, and the staff were charming and helpful. Air conditioning and a fan worked well, and it was quiet. There is no toilet door, so water drips when you shower. It’s a bit far from the main areas.
