“4 star disguised as a 5.”
We really enjoyed the views and eating at the restaurant! Our room had a beautiful large window with excellent view. The restaurant staff was out out of this world fantastic, as always or most times in Nepal. The front office staff needed to take a little bit more lessons on hotel etiquette. Excellent stay nevertheless, we highly recommend staying there if you could be in the upper room, not in the lower one where your view is highly blocked. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the coffee is out of this world, and our server, Manish, was the best! Thank you Manish!. We did not like the cleanliness of the pool or hot tub. The place has many locals males in number of 5-6 being very loud and enjoying the pool together. Not that they shouldn’t, but we found our stay there to be either extremely quiet and peaceful, or extremely loud and not suited to the caliber of this hotel. Pool was freezing. Take it out of the resort hotel, you have to go through this immense pool of mud to get there. Very inconvenient. A solid 4 star hotel
