The place is nice and away from the crowds, just 3 km from Kuta Sentral, but we really like the facilities. We can see the sunset point and watch bats come out in the afternoon.

“Séjour agréable”

The stay was very good, with staff that are genuinely kind, attentive, and available, making the experience pleasant. The hotel is very quiet, ideal for relaxation. It’s a bit far from everything, so having a scooter is recommended; there’s also a rental service and taxis available. Overall, a very good experience and a place I recommend for its calmness and friendly staff. The only downside is that the bedding isn’t very comfortable.

The cave with bats is pretty nice, and scooter organization is quick. The huts are very old and located right on the main road. The staff speaks very poor English. Breakfast is mediocre, and in other accommodations that are equally expensive or cheaper, it’s much better. The bathroom is old and grimy. The pool is far from the huts and looked dirty and uninviting, with no loungers or similar. At night, monkeys probably caused trouble under the hut roof. It was very lukewarm.

The garden and surrounding area are far enough from the bustle of Kuta Lombok, and the staff are kind. The bungalow is dated, with poor furnishings and needs maintenance. The toilet leaks water and floods the bathroom.

Had a fantastic time with Adi, Yaya, and their warm, service‑oriented team. Many thanks for that! There were some animal noises in the wooden bungalows, but that’s normal here.
