It looked clean but felt crowded with two queen beds; the TV didn’t work. Thin walls let us hear neighbors sneezing and coughing. The homeless people hanging around the hotel asking for cigarettes and change upset my family, especially since we were traveling without a male relative. Two teenage girls were scared to get into our car.

The room was nice and had a small balcony. The balcony faced a messy alley and a potentially nice grassy lot that should have been cleared of trash. The advertised breakfast didn’t exist, and some staff lacked hospitality skills.
