The place smelled pleasant and looked appealing, but the room’s cleanliness left something to be desired and the breakfast was bland.

The location, dining choices, and warm, friendly staff—especially housekeeping, the breakfast manager, Ms. Rosa, and Ms. Cassandra—were all very accommodating, though the closet design in my room was flawed and the elevator was out of service; the breakfast was decent.
