The café is excellent, the couscous is superb, and the orange juice is always fresh. Cleanliness scores a 10 and the comfort is very good. The parking daily rate was a bit pricey.

Everything at the hotel is excellent, from the reception to the attentive, polite staff who are very helpful with elevator instructions and explanations. The room is perfect, everything works, and the cleanliness, tidiness, and the girls’ kindness are top. The food is great, especially the wide breakfast selection. The location is great, right next to the mall and in front of a supermarket with plenty of variety. Close to the city center, shops, restaurants, UEM, and tourist spots—everything is within walking distance. Only two notes: I stayed on the top floor (12th, room 1252) and on a day when it rained heavily with wind, I woke up in the early morning with water dripping into the room (the window was closed), so I think it was a sealing issue that soaked my belongings, only the floor and part of the table got wet. Also, while I was there, construction was happening on the reception floor, producing loud noise and fine dust in the air, but it didn’t really ruin the experience.
