The facilities themselves are solid, rooms are decent and the beds are comfortable. I didn’t realize it was a shared house until I got there—there’s a single entrance to an apartment that contains three rooms, each booked separately. Privacy is limited; only the bedroom can be locked, the shared kitchen is open to other guests. If you’re okay with that, the place works. The owner should give clearer instructions for meeting and key hand‑over; we were unsure where the actual property was and where to wait for the keys.
