“Comfortable bed , the host was nice”
The place was clean, but the area could have been better.
“Do not recommend this place!”
Nothing!. They double booked us. Then made us wait for an hour not receiving calls and complained back asking why we've been calling so much! The key lock number was changed and the door was open so we could get in and wait or else in 38°C outside we had to wait until they picked up. After that they sent us to a new location where the room was dirty, the bed had stains!! And the shower gets turned off every 5mins! After a hot day we couldn't shower properly at night, it was 10.30 and the shower just stopped halfway not even cold water! Had to use our bottles to get water from the washbasin to finish showering. Again same thing in the morning and had to keep calling them again, they never picked up only after I left the voicemail they called back. We have to go down and turn on the switch every time this happens! Worst service I've ever stayed in!! They were not even apologetic once and instead complained to us for trying to call back to back! There's no refund option either for us to cancel and book a different one! So I wouldn't recommend this place!

The area is okay, but they didn’t tell us beforehand that the house was leaking. We called when we arrived and they gave us another address (22 Conway Street, ST4 2BL). The house they sent us to was in poor condition, with a strong smell and sweaty bedding. We were given a parking ticket even though it says free parking. Overall the area is fine, but the property isn’t suitable, especially if you’re coming from far and just want to rest. The toilet seat in bedroom one was broken.
