The location was fine, but I had to crouch in most of the room; the staff couldn’t tell us that it would be closed in the afternoon of the 9th and all day on the 10th, even though we had spoken to the waiter on the morning of the 9th.
Very decent for a one‑night stay.

The location was good, but the floor in the room was covered in hair, indicating the vacuum or broom had been neglected; the shower rod was broken and fell off while I was showering, so it should be replaced—easy and cheap. The windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and because the hotel is surrounded by pigeons the terrace was littered with droppings. These are just suggestions; the place is very pretty, the staff were very friendly, and the food and service were good.
Everything was normal, and the staff were exemplary, but we were handed a dirty, hair‑covered towel in the hallway leading to the rooms, and there was a sewer smell.
