I booked the room, and the initial room proved very bad. Your staff arranged an alternative room with a better option, for an additional amount. The buffet was so bad, with no better option, and the service was not up to expectation. The room and buffet were disappointing.

The property itself is decent, but the AC stopped working; we complained and a technician spent about 10 minutes without fixing it.

I had a solid stay at this 5‑star hotel; the restaurant staff, security, and service team were all helpful, polite, and professional, and Janeeta at reception was very welcoming. Still, the reception could be friendlier and more engaging—at a 5‑star property a warm welcome and a genuine smile matter a lot. With a touch more friendliness at the front desk, the experience would feel even more exceptional. The rest of the team was excellent, and I appreciate their dedication; a small tweak at reception would make this hotel truly outstanding. Best wishes to everyone! 🌟
