The breakfast was very good and plentiful. My only hassle came on Saturday, 8 August, when I got back late after a concert at the Modelo stadium; I knocked, but the receptionist didn’t open the door even though she saw me, while a cleaning staff member outside the hotel opened it for me and I was able to get in.

Thank you for the dry provisions instead of breakfast; they were good!

Although the facilities are somewhat old, they were clean. The breakfast was fine, but the Wi‑Fi signal was very weak and there was no blanket.

I had everything I needed and the bathroom was clean, but when I arrived on time they hadn’t registered me, so I couldn’t park in the lot shown in the photos. That almost ruined my stay; they sent me to another parking area behind the building, which wasn’t what I expected because at that hour with bags it’s unsafe to walk through an unfamiliar zone. It was an unnecessary risk – they should open a different internal entrance to keep guests safe. The next day, when I checked out, I used that same internal route, and they should have shown me that way on my first day. This needs to be fixed.
