Even during heavy rain, the tent stayed completely waterproof; however, the mattress was really bad, you could feel the springs, it was too soft, possibly causing back pain in the morning, and the bed was short, so you shouldn’t be taller than 180 cm.

The whole site works great for a non‑hotel experience. The tent fits four people perfectly, with a double bed and two camping beds that were fine for the kids. The facilities are excellent—a well‑stocked kitchenette, clean toilets and showers, and plenty of space for car parking and for the kids to play. The host was very attentive and friendly, always available when needed. The fire pits are great for BBQs or a small campfire. The location is remote and quiet, yet easy to reach beaches and other Cornish attractions. I would highly recommend staying here. Nothing was lacking; everything was great.

This getaway was one of the most beautiful; everything was close by. The views are stunning, and Sarah the host was so lovely—I can’t wait to return!
