The hotel is in a good spot next to the metro. The reception staff were just miserable.

The place is close to the Metro station, comfortable and clean. The reception staff need customer‑service training.

The staff tries to help as much as possible in any situation and is always accommodating whenever possible. We are very thankful to them. The swimming pool is large, comfortable and relaxing. Not so deep (~1.6 m), but still comfortable to swim. The sauna is also wonderful. Breakfast is good enough, but be sure to arrive early to avoid a low assortment. We left with positive impressions from our visit and our time at this hotel. Thanks.

The hotel is simply magnificent. I really liked the pool and the breakfast.
