Breakfast was better than at other hotels in the same chain, but the staff didn’t speak English, they tried to force me into a room without lights, and in the end I got a second room 😄.

“Filthy, unsafe, unhygenic, avoid, avoid, avoid”

Nothing good at all! The place was shockingly filthy with human urine and poop on the floors and in the toilets everywhere. The hotel seemed to be used by homeless people, and the car lights were smashed in the parking lot. When I asked the staff to clean the toilets, they refused, saying it wasn’t their job. We asked for a refund because we couldn’t stay, and they said they could only refund two nights, but then claimed the hotel wouldn’t refund. They let us stay in this disgusting place. The staff tried to be friendly but wouldn’t clean the awful toilets. The room also smelled of smoke, and the hotel was not safe. All of the above.

The stay was average for the price and only for one night; the coffee selection was limited to cappuccino only.

“Avoid at all costs!!!”

Nice location and easy to get to, but the hygiene was terrible – the cushions were filthy and disgusting, probably hadn’t been washed for over a year, there was no towel, and there was no light in the toilet.
