Zion offers a peaceful retreat that lets you fully recharge after long meetings or sightseeing. The staff—“hospitable” is an understatement. The team here is incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting guests with warmth that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Quality & comfort—the rooms are impeccably clean and well‑maintained, striking the perfect balance between modern functionality and a cozy, “home‑away‑from‑home” feel. Exceptional value—in a city where prices can skyrocket for quality accommodation, the rates here are remarkably reasonable. You truly get premium service without the luxury price tag. Whether you’re in Kampala for business or leisure, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s a gem that delivers on every promise. Nothing to note otherwise.

“A below average facility at the heart of Kampala”

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the hotel's facilities fell short of my expectations, with a poorly maintained front porch and backyard, subpar water pressure in the shower, and worn-out towels and electricity keys. Additionally, the rooms seemed old and outdated, and the price I paid didn't match the quality of the facilities. The breakfast was just average, but the staff's hospitality made up for it.

I was impressed by the extremely friendly and attentive staff during my visit. They made a great effort to ensure I had everything I needed. Although I didn't explore much else, the positive interaction with the staff left a good impression.

“Excellent”

I was impressed by the hotel's services, which were top-notch and made my stay more convenient. Unfortunately, the food at the hotel was a letdown, failing to meet my expectations.
