Booking .com showing location is wrong , Three people stay but given two single cot

My booking was made through your portal for 6 rooms. I asked the reception to bill in the name of my company with GST number, but they refused bluntly. Despite repeated requests, they still refused. Normally I book in my name through your portal, and at other hotels like ITC, Taj, Radisson, when I insist, they change the name to my company with GST number. This hotel seems not bothered to answer.

I didn’t like the stay at all; it looked like the hotel was under maintenance. First, the staff didn’t know what was happening. Second, the AC wasn’t working and it felt like the hotel needed maintenance. The staff were not courteous. I didn’t like anything at all…!!! Never book this hotel. Everything was bad and I didn’t like anything about this property; it should be removed from their list.

The hotel sits a little away from the city center, and I never got a chance to try the food on site. The receptionist could have been a touch more courteous.
