Top Lage, super nettes und freundliches Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Anbindung an Bus, S und U Bahn. Zentral und sehr ruhig Lage. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

Berlin is amazing. The TV connection in the hotel was spotty, with pixelated images at times; the morning channel worked more or less, but the evening shows were often poor. Is it the screen or the connection?

The hotel sits in a great spot, right next to the bus and train stops and supermarkets, with plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the place looked like it hadn't been renovated at all, the bathroom was quite dirty—especially the toilet and the area under the rolling door—and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, which was disappointing for a 4‑star hotel.

The location near Kurfürstendamm is very good. The restaurant next door makes the air in the hallway on the 5th floor somewhat unpleasant, if you want to put it politely.
