The service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding.
The hotel's location was excellent, and the breakfast was top-notch with a wide variety of options.
Everything was superb, and the staff were absolutely fantastic - I would highly recommend this hotel.
The breakfast had a great selection, and the wellness area was lovely, with some nice touches like bath salts and flavored water.

The house was beautifully renovated, and its location right next to the public garage was excellent.
The food at the restaurant was unbelievably good, and the location is fantastic.

The location was good and there was parking, but the room faced the courtyard and there was a constant humming noise.

The view of Kapellplatz was lovely and the rooms were spacious; the spa area with sauna was very nice and the location right on Kapellplatz couldn’t be better. There was no air‑conditioning, and a standing fan wasn’t enough in the high summer heat; the drink vending machine didn’t work, charging €3.50 for a beer, while at the bar two beers cost €9.00, which should have matched the machine price.

The room was nice and the beds comfortable, and the central location was great. However, getting to the reception required a long walk and an elevator that passed a restaurant, and there was no luggage cart available. We were told there would be a motorcycle garage, but it was closed for renovation and we received no notice. Finding street parking was very difficult, and the parking garage was a fair distance away. The bathroom fan was extremely loud, making it hard to stay there for long. Every light was on a single switch, and the bedside lamps could not be turned on without also turning on the ceiling light.
