“They charged my card 1,200 dollars”
The venue was easy to find, but the staff, cleanliness, and managers left a lot to be desired.

I was disappointed by the check‑in delay and the unexpected $50 early‑check‑in fee that wasn’t mentioned on the app. When I asked for compensation, the front desk said she’d note it because her manager was busy. The only bright spot was that the hotel was close to the venue.

The quick check‑in and welcoming staff made a great first impression, and the hotel’s proximity to the event was convenient. However, the floor in my room felt sticky, so I had to wipe it twice with Clorox wipes, and the carpet looked worn and dated. The tub and sink drained very slowly, which was annoying.

The staff were very professional, the place was spotless, and it felt safe, giving me an overall good experience. No problems to report.

The comfort was great, but the coffee machine wasn’t that good and there was no ice on the floor.
