It felt a bit run‑down for the price, but the staff were fantastic and the breakfast was lovely.

The pool, staff, breakfast and location were all solid, yet the evening meal was bland and overcooked; housekeeping could have done better—toilets needed a deep clean and there was no change of bedding over five nights.

Location and basic amenities. It felt like an amazing hotel if it was 2004. In 2026 it feels a little dated with some of the technology and other things in the room
