Very cozy place, all the positives. The room was spotless, there was parking for guests, and the owner lady was very nice.

The place sits close to the city centre and has a well-equipped kitchenette, but the room was dark and there was a strong cooking smell throughout the building. I was disappointed to find only hand soap in the bathroom, even though toiletries were listed in the description.
