The location is good. Close to Downingtown and West Chester where my family resides. Absolutely no amenities. Everything is and has been being renovated for 2 years. No bar, restaurants no wine no nothing. Plumbing in bathroom needs to be fixed. Bathtub leaked constantly

We couldn’t swim because someone vomited in the pool and the staff said no one was available to clean it, so they shut it down for the weekend. I had to fetch garbage bags from the front desk because my room had none and the trash cans were empty. Plus, breakfast was charged for but only microwaveable, and all the handicapped parking spots were taken.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it fell short in some key areas. The hotel itself was fine, but the lack of complementary breakfast was a major letdown. When I asked about breakfast options, I was told that I would have to venture out to find something to eat. To make matters worse, the on-site tavern was closed, so I was forced to rely on food delivery services to get something to eat.

I was excited to stay at a hotel with an indoor pool, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by some significant issues. The restaurant was closed, which meant that I had to go without breakfast. What's more, I only found out about the closure after I had already booked my stay, which would have given me the opportunity to choose a different hotel.
