Everything matched the photos and the information provided, but the internet connection was lacking.

The location was fine, but I had set my filter for “very good” or “great” and the hotel turned out to be only average. The room lacks a support table, which is needed for unpacking, the bathroom is tiny, and the shower area is the same. I’m not sure I’ll book through this app again; it was quite disappointing.
