Nothing positive. The owner sent me a message four hours before check‑in apologizing for maintenance and offered a free cancellation. It was bad to have to cancel just four hours before booking.

A fantastic stay in this place. The apartment was pleasant, functional, and matched the description exactly. The biggest highlight was definitely the amazing view of the pyramids—being able to enjoy that from the room made the whole experience unforgettable. A simple but effective place, and the location plus the view made all the difference.

I had booked this hotel back in January, fully paid for my stay from 2 to 9 June, and told the accommodation that I would be arriving late in the evening. When I got there, nobody was present. The hotel was supposed to be on the upper floors of a building. The entrance was dark and dirty, and the lift was broken. I had to walk up eight flights with my suitcase, only to find the hotel completely closed. After calling the number on my confirmation, I was told, “Sorry, we’re closed for repairs.” I had never been informed of this. After a long phone call, another room was offered, but that accommodation was also far from satisfactory—the building was still under construction. During the two nights I stayed there, there was no TV, no hot water, and no Wi‑Fi. I was promised that everything would be fixed the next day, but that never happened. I also felt completely unsafe. The person claiming to be the owner reacted very unprofessionally when I said I would file a complaint and possibly make a report. His reply was, “Go ahead, they can’t do anything to me.” That intimidation made me leave the same day. I don’t understand why this place is being advertised. In my opinion, it’s misleading. I lost my money and my vacation was seriously ruined. This is why I’m only now sharing my experience; the incident left a deep impression on me and I’ve been affected by it for a long time.

I liked the view and the comfortable beds. The property is near the Giza ring, and there’s constant car noise and horns 24/7. The rooms are on the 8th floor with en‑suite bathrooms. Breakfast is the same every day, not varied, and is brought to the room. I don’t recommend the transfers and tours from this place because they’re very expensive and the car is uncomfortable. Overall, I don’t recommend it.
