The pool was nice, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was decent. We asked for a room upgrade on arrival and were charged a higher rate than on the website; a few minutes later the front desk called saying they’d made a mistake and that we had to pay even more – a bit disappointing, though the receptionist was very polite and respectful. The value for money was very fair.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extras such as restaurant meals, airport pick‑up, and tours could easily be added to the bill, and the offered tours were well organized. Breakfast was good. Despite the large, beautiful pool, it felt a little dull, and the gym was underwhelming.

Room was spacious enough, restroom was clean, breakfast was good, the pool and the area surrounding it were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were very friendly. They helped arrange our airport transfers and our Super Ultimate Tour. Only having one key card and only allowing 3 devices to connect to the wifi. Other than that, everything was perfect

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Coron Soleil Express Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress‑free. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality; we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coron and would gladly stay here again! We stayed for 4 nights, and on our last day we asked for packed breakfast because our flight was early. Luckily breakfast was still open and we had 10 minutes to eat, but the staff approached us and said we couldn’t have breakfast as we had already requested a packed breakfast and that we needed to pay. We felt embarrassed. While we understand there may be hotel policies regarding packed breakfasts, the situation was handled in a way that made us feel embarrassed. A more courteous explanation would have been appreciated. Despite this experience, we thank the staff for their hospitality and hope the hotel can improve how similar situations are communicated to guests in the future.
