The spot is spot-on—Akihabara station is just 2.5 blocks away and every anime shop, arcade, and mall is a 15‑20 minute stroll. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected in Japan, but they’re also surprisingly dusty; it feels like they haven’t been cleaned properly lately, and the AC ducts are a mess of dust that need a deep clean. I even had a coughing fit at night because of the extreme dust, both at the Akihabara and Kyoto station locations.

A solid choice for a short stay. The rooms are tiny, yet oddly well organized—there’s enough room for a lot of luggage and you can still sit at the desk. The room and bathroom were spotless and fully equipped, and the location is a quick walk from the metro. Highly recommend for a brief visit.
