We thought the pictures would show a nice place, but we left after ten minutes. The resort is far from town and the only way in is over a river or by sea, which is risky. The entrance is a swampy puddle, the pool is unfinished concrete, and the second‑floor rooms were unusable because of a broken water pipe. No lunch was available, so we had to use the first‑floor bathroom next to the pool. The outdoor stairs were slick and wet, which was scary with my 10‑year‑old daughter.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but the facilities are still under construction and the unfinished work attracts mosquitoes in the rooms.

The workers were helpful, but the location is bad and there's no water.

The staff were attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the place didn't live up to its description. We stayed during a renovation of the common areas, and the breakfast was included but not à la carte as advertised. Plus, it's not close to the beaches where people can swim; you have to walk 20‑30 minutes.
