The service and privacy of the property were solid, yet the health facilities needed more care and the kitchen fell short as well.

The location and cleanliness of the villas were great, but there was no shuttle service from Erbil center to the resort, nor the reverse.

I liked the spot and the snow, but we had to wait three hours before the room was handed over at 3 pm; the front‑desk told me to leave the next day at 11 am, and the price shown on the booking app was wrong—an extra $50 was taken instead of $25 for the extra bed, the western bathroom tap was broken, and only one bottle of drinking water was provided.
