The lobby has clean concrete floors that I actually liked, but breakfast wasn’t really available and there are no restaurants nearby; I’d rather stay at a hotel that includes breakfast. In a business‑park setting, the parking fee is absurd.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. When I checked in at night, exhausted and feeling sick, the night crew were incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive, and the day staff were just as warm and friendly. Every single person at the hotel was kind and truly looked out for me during my stay. Exceptional service! Nothing at all— the team made sure I was completely taken care of.

The room was nice, the shower was great, and the facilities looked good, but I had to pay for meals because there was no complimentary breakfast. Even a place like the Jerry Jones Dallas Cowboys Hotel gives free breakfast. Having to pay for parking when you’re already paying $420 for the room is nickel‑and‑dime for customers. I won’t recommend it or stay here again.

The location, the style and design of the building and rooms, and the 24‑hour attendants were all positives, but the parking costs, the lack of a microwave in the room, and a visibly stained headboard were negatives.
