My room had a small refrigerator and the location was convenient for shopping, but the room was cleaned only every three days, and we had to request fresh towels at the front desk, whose staff was unhelpful and clueless about directions. The first cleaning was poor; the second time the maid did a better job, yet I was overcharged: I had booked five nights for $523.47, but Comfort Suites charged $577, plus a $10 per night parking fee. The towels were dingy and old, and the bedsheet was torn.

The beds were comfy, but the pool was not heated, the parking fee added to an already high room rate was disappointing, and I had chosen this location because photos promised a jacuzzi and heated pool, which were absent. The TV wasn’t connected to cable. I won’t stay at Comfort Inn again, though the room was clean.
