The rooms are spacious by Singapore standards, and the location is excellent with the MRT just a 2‑minute walk away.
The rooms were roomy, very clean, and comfortable; the breakfast was plentiful, offering hot dishes as well as sausage, cheese, and fruit, which is not common in Asia. A small minibar in the room came stocked with free drinks—great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was just fine—thanks for a wonderful stay.
The location is great, and the staff are extremely nice, especially Shumin—thanks a lot. I go there every time I’m in Singapore for work or leisure.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Raffles, Bugis, and the underground; the room was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
“Not worth it”
The staff are amazing, kind, and supportive! The bathroom needs to be renovated immediately; the base of the bathtubs was sinking, and I don't think my 56 kg weight caused it. There is also mold, and water goes everywhere when you shower.
