Everything fit us perfectly; Christine and Marc were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, breakfast was tasty, the lavender pillow smelled heavenly, the location was ideal for cycling to the equestrian event, and the bikes were provided by Christine and Marc—perfect!

The proximity to the European horse center was great, but the house looked like a grandparent’s place where kids no longer want to visit and would have been redecorated by AI to ensure a comfortable retirement. The welcome was falsely hospitable with a clear financial motive, the room soundproofing was more than mediocre, and having only one shower toilet for four two‑person rooms was very insufficient and raised hygiene concerns.

The hosts were welcoming and caring, the kitchen was shared with us and made us feel both at home and guests, the atmosphere was especially pleasant, and the moments of conversation were convivial, but the stay felt too short.
