“Csalódás”
The restaurant wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. I was hugely disappointed with the whole hotel. The pictures on the site were completely different from reality. It was a shabby hotel. The name Bio and Art suggested something, but the design was zero; there were only a few paintings on the wall. The services (billiards, wellness) were unavailable because of a conference, so we stayed in the room where we had to pull the bed back to see the TV, and there was a huge pile of trash under the bed—chips, peanuts, shell fragments—quite unpleasant. There was no chandelier, so lighting was almost impossible. When we complained that we couldn’t use any service, the staff said we should have moved because there were conferences, but the website didn’t say anything about anything happening that weekend. We’ve stayed in a few 4‑star hotels in the past year, and this one didn’t come close to any of them. We wanted to rest and relax for one night, but it turned into a very bad experience. I definitely will never come back.
