Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The staff were helpful, flexible, and supported us with last‑minute requests, and the breakfast was generous and well prepared. The room at the start had dust or mold, possibly due to poor ventilation.

Everything was clean and well kept. Nothing to add.

Everything was good once we changed rooms. We had a non‑smoking room but it was close to a smoking area and smoke seeped through the vents. We were moved to a different floor, and the new room was clean, fresh, and a nice size.

The breakfast area was messy and the food was cold. The check‑in lady was unhelpful.
