The staff were very kind and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious; the recreation program was simple, cheerful and always available. The open area was stunning, and interacting with the animals made the stay even more memorable. If we return to Olímpia, we’ll definitely choose this place again, although the two‑bedroom chalet felt a bit cramped, it didn’t ruin my comfort overall and the hotel is very good.

The rooms were old, smelled stuffy, had poor ventilation, and the air‑conditioning was outdated; the toilet had a faulty flush. I tried to change rooms but couldn’t.
