We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by a few issues. The room itself was nice, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the door was a bit temperamental. To top it off, the flat-screen TV in the room wasn't working, and the swimming pool was closed.

Everything about the room was spot on, from the decor to the cleanliness. However, the checkout process was a bit of a disaster. I informed the staff that I was running a bit late, but instead of being understanding, he got angry and ignored me as I was leaving the facilities.

I was relieved to find that the hotel was safe, but unfortunately, the parking situation was a bit of a nightmare. With only one person working for the whole complex, it's no wonder that parking was a problem.

What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff made me feel right at home, and the location was perfect – just a short walk from restaurants and shops.
