I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, it failed to meet my expectations in several areas. The bed was decent, but that's where the positives ended. Upon arrival, I was told that the hotel couldn't honor their reservation for a room with six beds, despite my repeated requests for a solution. The only option they offered was to book an additional room at an extra cost, which I found unacceptable. To make matters worse, the management was unresponsive and unreachable.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room, which was spotless and had a pleasant aroma. The bathroom was also immaculate, and the view from the balcony of the nearby mountains was breathtaking. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to various attractions and restaurants. However, I did find it inconvenient that there was no elevator, which made carrying my luggage a bit of a challenge.
