The location was good. The complimentary breakfast was poor, forcing you to pay for the full meal, which took a long time to be served. There wasn’t much food choice, a cockroach was in the room, the shower was cold and the shower head was stiff, and the Wi‑Fi was a complete disaster.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was initially impressed by its prime location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, my experience was marred by the subpar service I received from the staff, who seemed disorganized and unhelpful. Despite the hotel's central location, I left feeling disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the overall quality of service. The hotel's potential was overshadowed by its poor service.
