The location is close to the airport and the staff were pleasant. However, the duvet in my room had a strong unpleasant smell, forcing me to choose between staying warm with it or facing the cold night air.

The location was convenient and self‑check‑in via WhatsApp was smooth. Unfortunately, an air freshener was plugged into the socket and its scent was overpowering and felt toxic, making it hard to breathe and preventing me from sleeping; I moved it to the hallway and strongly recommend its removal for future guests.

The room was clean and all appliances worked, including a kettle for tea and coffee. Raul was friendly and helpful. I recommend The Pheasant pub, just a few yards away, for excellent food and a pint, and buses to terminals 2, 3, or 5 are nearby.
