The location, bed comfort, and the option to drop off luggage before check‑in were great. The lack of an elevator and no cameras in the luggage room to ensure security were downsides.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. A kettle and water were free in the room, plus you could use the shared kitchen on the ground floor. The area is very nice, close to the metro and many shops. The access to the rooms is via a narrow, steep staircase, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage or mobility issues.

Accommodation very close to the center (12 minutes walking to the Grand Place), with many nearby restaurants but on a quiet street. Very comfortable beds and everything very clean. Easy access with keys. Ground floor has a living area, fridge and tables. Everything was correct. We only left a trash bin in the room (there was one in the bathroom) and wanted a bit more lighting on the bathroom mirror.
