Each individually decorated room features a TV, air conditioning, minibar, private bathroom with free toiletries, and antique furnishings. The hotel serves an organic breakfast buffet with farm-grown fruit and food. It's conveniently situated near the A1 Sasso Marconi motorway exit and BolognaFiere Exhibition Centre, a 20-minute drive away.

We have been staying there for many years on our return trips. The accommodation, breakfast, and restaurant are very good.

A nice place near the highway, surrounded by green scenery and friendly staff (the owners). The area is fenced and gives a safe, family‑friendly vibe. Breakfast met expectations. While there isn’t much to criticize about the accommodation, some improvements could be made; for instance, the retractable net against flying insects had its best years behind it, the entire netting system was already nonfunctional and deserved replacement. What bothered me, but the accommodation couldn’t influence, was the constant highway noise.

The place is lovely, surrounded by nature with plenty of space. It works well as a stopover and the homemade breakfast is good; next time we'll try the restaurant too. The only downside is the noise from other guests.
