We fell in love with Riad Mazal Mogador, a beautifully decorated Riad where we stayed in the smaller blue room on the upper floor, which was very quiet and more than enough for us. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was tasty, and we enjoyed the company of Juliette and Feoud, who were present at breakfast and throughout the day, and who greeted us warmly each night and chatted like old friends. We felt genuinely cared for and found the value exceptional. The riad was spotless, newly renovated, and of high quality, with well-lit staircases—there are many, as usual. Breakfast was typical: eggs, yogurt, breads, and condiments, and there was a stocked fridge. The location was excellent, close to everything, and the art area was nearby. The only small issues were the lack of an espresso option or stronger coffee, and a free daily bottle of water would have been nice.
