For the price, the room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the room was clean. It was close to the station and easy to get to. The coffee service and welcome drink were good. The only thing that could improve is that the electric kettle in the room could offer more than just green tea—having roasted tea would be nice.

There was an air purifier and the room was clean. The air conditioner turned off immediately and had to be turned back on.

The room was very quiet, but it felt damp and had a musty smell.

I had booked a room near the elevator because my elderly mother, who walks with a cane, needed easy access, and the hotel honored that request. I set up the GPS on my phone but the turn‑by‑turn announcements were confusing, so I called the front desk and the staff explained everything patiently.
