“Spend the extra money for somewhere else to be comfortable”
I was pleased that the hotel sat close to downtown, but the experience was marred by several issues. The beds, advertised as queens, turned out to be full size. Hot water failed on the first night and, for the next two nights, only lasted about five minutes. Staff never checked in to offer extra linens or toilet paper, and the coffee pot leaked. When we requested extra towels, they were placed on a chair outside the room instead of inside as we asked. It felt like a single person handled everything, so I sympathized with her, yet she was rarely in the lobby when needed and didn’t answer the phone. Dirty linens were left outside a room for at least 24 hours. Parking was awful, nighttime lighting poor, and balcony railings were dangerously short—easily step‑overable, posing a safety risk. The room’s cleanliness was questionable; we found a credit card from a previous guest next to our bed. The table’s chairs were unstable, the freezer was packed with ice to the point it barely cooled water bottles, and the bed frames creaked like filing cabinets with a metal piece on top. It did the job, but I won’t return.
