The location was right in the middle of everything and everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient; the staff were generally nice except for two people, and the cleaning ladies were amazing, treating my son with care and even bringing him toys. However, the manager mistakenly identified me and accused me of something I didn’t do, forcing me and my 2‑year‑old son to leave—an incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate mistake that could have been avoided by checking the cameras; I had stayed for about two weeks despite the place being run‑down and in need of renovation, but it was affordable for a single mom.

“Very awful experience”

Hot water was the only thing that worked—cold water from the sink never came on, there were no cups for ice, and the laundry facilities that were advertised were completely non‑functional.

“Shut this place down”

I liked nothing about the stay. It was the worst place I’ve ever spent a night at; how it’s still open is a mystery. The grounds were awful, trash everywhere, and the building looked like it could collapse at any moment. Guests were partying all night, and even after calling the front desk twice, the noise persisted. The pool was covered in algae, the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and the shower head was full of dirt—when I turned it on, the tub was filled with grime from the head. I lay in bed with my clothes on, praying for sunlight so I could escape. The only reason I stayed was because I had nowhere else to go—my reservation at Holiday Inn was messed up, so I had to find a place for one night. It was the worst night of my life and the place should be shut down immediately.

“Very disrespectful , disgusting , and disappointing behavior. Very sad.”

The staff were rude, especially the Mexican housekeeper; I still haven’t received my refund from two weeks ago and they banned me over a misunderstanding involving something the housekeeper said. It’s terrible and needs to be resolved immediately.
