“Buen lugar precio accesible”
I appreciated that there was parking available since I was traveling by car. The toilet broke down.

The security guard was helpful because he was on maintenance duty. However, I was given the wrong room, then switched again to a room that smelled awful, with pillows that seemed unwashed. The TV never worked, there was no iron in the room, and I paid a deposit for TV and ironing control. I had no TV for the entire stay; the guard left the room at 10:30 pm trying to fix the issue as if he were maintenance, so we couldn't sleep and they wouldn't change rooms, saying it would cost extra. Poor service, terrible hotel.

The location is great, but the remote controls are useless, the bathrooms are dirty with rusted glass supports, the TV remote arrives unprogrammed, the AC remote doesn’t work, and the shower glass bumps your legs, making the toilet awkward to use.
The bathrooms were very neglected and the room needed a remodel.
