The location was outstanding and the customer service was truly great. I appreciated how accommodating the staff were for us, especially since we were traveling from out of state. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious and the air‑conditioning worked well, but the bathroom was misleading – I thought it had a bathtub based on the pictures I saw, yet it didn't. The kitchen was just okay – there was no dishwashing liquid, the room didn't smell clean, the bathroom smelled of urine, the kitchen utensils were dirty when I first used them, and the stove top was rusted.

The space was very large, but when it rained, either a drain or gutter would drip onto the air‑con, creating a loud noise that either woke me up or kept me awake.
