I paid expecting breakfast to be included, but it never showed up. To make matters worse, the heating was terrible – we were freezing and there was no hot water. They only gave us one bath towel and one hand towel, which felt pretty stingy.

The room was fine overall, but the pillow was nowhere to be found, so I ended up sleeping with my head hanging low. Nothing else really stood out.

My stay turned into a nightmare because of the front desk staff. She was rude, kept staring at her phone, raised her voice, and even made offensive remarks about Chileans while demanding extra money without a receipt. When I asked for a receipt she shouted and refused, making the whole experience humiliating.

The people working there were friendly and everything was spotless, which was a plus. Unfortunately the neighborhood feels unsafe, so I wouldn’t recommend the location.

Called ahead and were told the booking system was out of date, only to arrive and find the hotel completely full. That mismatch was frustrating.
