The staff were very helpful, especially when bringing my parents along—such a great experience! I didn’t have any complaints.
The breakfast was tasty and the lodging itself was fine, but finding insects in the room was very unsettling; each time I dealt with the check‑in counter staff they seemed unfriendly and gave the impression they were annoyed by my presence, which was extremely uncomfortable, though I was satisfied with the rest of the services.

The hotel itself was great, but that's about it. Not much to say, really.

The location felt fresh and the air was clean, plus there was a shuttle inside the park and the food was tasty, though the first night the room had no water and later they had to bring it in, and not speaking Korean made things a bit tricky.

This place is a hidden gem, located in a quiet area with amazing air quality. The only downside is that the restaurant and market are quite a distance away, which might be a problem for some guests.
